Perfect location, with access to nightlife and restaurants. Clean, comfortable rooms, and a great all-inclusive bar really sealed the deal for our trip!

Room temperature control was subpar,, and the staff's handling of requests could be frustrating at times.

Everything was great, had a fairly nice stay for the price. Our double room included coffee-making facilities and a safe box. All of the staff were welcoming, pleasant. Relatively cheap and particularly good breakfasts with cheese and ham, as for instance, everyone could try something new. Our location was amazing and magnificent, next to a boat dock. Was a right place for trip.

The rooftop pool was the perfect spot to unwind. I loved lounging by the pool and enjoying some live music in the evenings. Just be mindful of possible noise if you're visiting during busier seasons, but overall, it was a lovely experience 🌞

The employees are ATTENTIVE and patient.

The Aloft in Cancun features a great location, surrounded by numerous restaurants and convenient markets. The room was well-maintained and offered a clean, tidy environment. I appreciated the rooftop outdoor pool with a relaxed atmosphere for unwinding after a busy workday. The staff demonstrated professionalism and efficiency, and I particularly valued the availability of two complimentary bottles of water in the room.

Some facilities appeared to be in need of maintenance and updates.

Marvellous and incredible location in the good area, close to the party area and the bars and clubs and so many restaurants and shops as well as the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Neat & functional rooms with comfortable bed. The very-very nice and welcoming staff and their attitude.

Yo, the beach vibes at Aloft are unreal! I totally savored the slow-cooked tender beef shanks nearby. They blew my taste buds away. Plus, I loved that we had a pool right outside our room, and the beach seats were super comfy. Perfect for a chill day! The location was prime for hitting up local spots like Tacos Rigo and Ramen Hiroya.

But let's be real, the hotel itself felt kind of dreary. The AC was on the fritz, and the customer service could use a serious pep talk. It's got that cold vibe inside-definitely not the tropical retreat I was hoping for. So while the outside was lit, the inside was a bit of a letdown.

The rooftop pool provided stunning views, while Lumey, our cleaning lady, made our experience special with her warmth and attention to detail.

Breakfast lacked variety. We faced a long wait at check-in due to slow service, frustrating after a long travel day. If you're looking just for a decent spot to crash with good location, this works, but don't expect luxury.

I had a fantastic night here! The rooftop pool was an absolute gem for unwinding, while the staff was friendly and helpful. Don't miss trying the fresh seafood tacos at the nearby restaurant! Arrive early to enjoy the pool before check-in.

The rooftop pool offers fine views, and the staff are cute, with a special shoutout to Andrey at check-in for his excellent service. The location impresses, being just a short walk from nightlife spots like Coco Bongo. The room felt a bit cramped, the air conditioning struggled to keep things cool, and I noticed some areas that appeared dated and in need of refreshing.
